Initial Consultation Determine the client’s needs and objectives Investigate constraints, including, governing ordinances and codes, existing site restrictions and structures, as well as the architectural history of the neighborhood, house, or street.
Schematic Design Create a preliminary site plan, floor plans, and exterior elevations Begin the process of selecting finishes and fixtures, as well as the design of millwork, and lighting.
Design Development The process is a collaboration between client and architect, where through a number of meetings and walk-throughs, important design decisions are made. The end result is a project that couples architectural ingenuity, historic integrity, and the hopes and dreams of our clients.
Permit & Construction We will prepare all necessary documents, plans, and schedules, as required, for both the permit process and the construction bidding process Bid packages will be issued and we can assist in the evaluation and award of contract.
Project Administration Provide construction administration services, including field inspections, weekly project meetings with the Owner / Architect / and General Contractor, and shop drawing review. Prepare the final punch-list at substantial completion of the project. |
